How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the app, go to Profile, and tap Manage Subscription, or manage it directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your meals, diary entries, weight history, and profile.
How do I restore a purchase?
On the membership screen, tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so it restores on any device where you are signed in.
How accurate are the nutrition estimates?
Jude uses trusted food databases and AI analysis to estimate calories and macros. Estimates are a helpful guide, not a precise measurement, so review them and adjust when needed.
Is my data private?
Yes. We do not sell your data or share your health and nutrition information with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
